Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and obsessed (in the best way) with anything you order from 432ETHER. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right within the guidelines below.

• Most items are made-to-order and printed just for you.
• We accept returns/exchanges for wrong items, defects, or major print issues.
• Sizing issues are handled case-by-case, so please check the Size & Fit Guide before ordering.

1. Made-to-Order Production

Most 432ETHER pieces are produced using premium print-on-demand partners. Your item is created just for you after your order is placed. We do not keep bulk warehouse inventory, and we cannot resell returned items once printed.

Because of this, we cannot accept “change of mind” returns once an item has entered production, except where required by law.

2. What Is Eligible for a Return or Replacement?

We will happily review a return or replacement request if:

  • You received the wrong item, size, or design.
  • The item arrived damaged (holes, tears, severe misprint, major defects).
  • The print is significantly off (crooked, extreme placement error, or clearly incorrect colors versus product photos).

If any of the above happens, we will either:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Offer store credit or a refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for us to review the issue.

3. Sizing & Fit Issues

We strongly recommend checking the Size & Fit Guide before ordering. However, we understand sizing can still feel off once you try something on.

  • If you ordered the wrong size, we may offer a discounted re-order of the same design in a different size rather than a full return.
  • If we (or our print partner) sent the incorrect size vs. what you ordered, we will replace it at no extra cost.

For sizing reviews, please include photos of the garment laid flat with a measuring tape (width & length).

4. Pre-Drop Vault & Limited Capsules

Certain pieces from the Pre-Drop Vault and ultra-limited capsules are produced in small, one-time-only runs.

These items are generally treated as final sale, except in cases of defects, damage, or incorrect items received. Any special conditions will be noted on the specific product page.

5. Condition of Returned Items

If a return or exchange is approved, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Free from stains, odors, or visible wear (including perfume or smoke).
  • Returned with tags and original packaging where applicable.

6. How to Request a Return or Replacement

Include the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • The full name used on the order.
  • Clear photos of the item (front, close-up of the issue, and the packing slip if available).
  • A brief description of the problem.

Our team typically responds within 24–48 hours with next steps.

7. Refunds, Store Credit & Replacements

If a refund is approved, it will usually be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take 3–10 business days to appear.

In many cases, especially for limited items, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a direct refund.

Shipping costs are typically non-refundable, except where legally required or when the issue was due to our error.

8. International Orders

For international customers, delivery times, customs, and carrier handling are outside our direct control.

  • We cannot refund orders refused due to unpaid customs or import fees.
  • If a package is lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and print partner.
